We take great care to provide the freshest ingredients as well as perfectly aged ingredients for our guests. Our preparations involve timed orders to the Toyosu Fish Market in Tokyo, synchronized with the reservations we receive. Due to our commitment to quality and reliance on the high demand which we have enjoyed for our limited seating of 6 patrons per service, we ask that your cancellations be made more than 24 hours in advance.
